Stéphane LeBlanc is a Civil Engineering Technologist specializing in structural steel detailing, with over 15 years of experience in the structural steel industry. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from New Brunswick Community College (NBCC), Moncton, providing a strong technical foundation, detailing standards, and construction practices.
Stéphane began his career in 2007 as a Project Manager and Estimator at a structural steel fabrication facility. This hands-on experience in fabrication and field operations has given him a comprehensive understanding of steel construction workflows, enabling him to approach detailing with a practical, fabrication-focused mindset that supports efficiency, accuracy, and constructability.
Since 2014, Stéphane has served as Project Manager and Chief Steel Detailer, overseeing complex structural steel projects from initial detailing through fabrication and erection. Notably, he led the detailing team for the Owen Roberts International Airport project in Grand Cayman, demonstrating his ability to manage large-scale, high-profile projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and meeting demanding schedules.
With a proven track record in project leadership, technical precision, and collaborative problem-solving, Stéphane provides clients, fabricators, and contractors with confidence that their projects are in capable and experienced hands.
Kristen Cooze
Steel Detailer
Kristen Cooze is a highly skilled Steel Detailer with extensive experience in the structural steel industry, bringing strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail to every project. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Psychology from Mount Allison University and a Structural Option diploma from NBCC Moncton, giving her a solid analytical foundation and in-depth understanding of structural systems and detailing standards.
Kristen has worked in structural steel detailing in New Brunswick since June 2018, gaining hands-on experience with complex, large-scale steel structures and producing high-quality shop drawings that support efficient fabrication and successful construction. Her background in hockey instruction and university-level coaching has further strengthened her leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, enhancing collaboration and project support. Kristen’s experience, leadership, and dedication to excellence make her a valued and trusted member of our team.
